Here at Teloment Fitness, we want to build a community that can motivate each other. Here you can post your workouts, daily accomplishments, or any helpful tips you feel like can help others in the community. An injury can change your lifestyle drastically. The recovery process can affect the way you do daily tasks from fear of potentially worsening the injury. That does not have to be the case. The rehabilitation process of an injury is a scary thing, but this change in our life style does not have to be forever. 

Personal goals can be challenging to map out. Our mindset will fluctuate and our priorities will change overtime, leaving some of our aspirations in the past. An example of this would be purchasing a gym membership, but stop attending after 3 months. This story is very common, but it doesn’t have to be this way. The theory of planned behaviour states that we need intervention strategies in place to turn an intention into a behaviour.
